House of Noctis ("we", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Order information (name, shipping address, email, order contents), payment metadata via our payment processor (Stripe), and — with your consent — analytics on how visitors use our site.

Why we collect it

To process your order and honour our contract with you, to send transactional emails, and — where you opt in — to send occasional newsletters about new drops.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to atelier@obsidianatlas.eu.

Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by EU tax and consumer-protection law (typically ten years). Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
